The Miracle – Power of the Sub-Conscious Mind!!

• Your subconscious mind controls all the vital processes of your body and knows the answer to all problems.

• Prior to sleep, turn over as specific request to your subconscious mind and prove its miracle-working power to yourself.

• Whatever you impress on your subconscious mind is expressed on the screen of space as conditions, experiences, and events. Therefore, you should carefully watch all ideas and thoughts entertained in your conscious mind.

• The law of action and reaction is universal. Your thought is action, and the reaction is the automatic response of your subconscious mind to your thought. Watch your thoughts!

• All frustration is due to unfulfilled desires. If you dwell on obstacles, delays and difficulties, your subconscious mind responds accordingly, and you are blocking your own good.

• The life Principle will flow through you rhythmically and harmoniously if you consciously affirm: “I believe that the subconscious power that gave me this desire is now fulfilling it through me.” This dissolves all conflicts.

• You can interfere with the normal rhythm of your heart, lungs and other organs by worry, anxiety, and fear. Feed your subconscious with thoughts of harmony, health and peace, and all the functions of your body will become normal again.

• Keep your conscious mind busy with the expectation of the best, and your subconscious will faithfully reproduce your habitual thinking.

• Imagine the happy ending or solution to your problem, feel the thrill of accomplishment, and what you imagine and feel will be accepted by your subconscious mind, which will b ring it to pass.

All about your subconscious mind!!

I am studying this amazing book “The Power of Subconscious Mind” by Dr. Joseph Murphy. As the book title says, the book is all about the power of subconscious mind. Dr. Murphy has combines spiritual wisdom and scientific research to explain how the subconscious mind influences every single aspect of our life. I am in the 2nd Chapter – How your mind works? There are a few points which make sense to me and I assume it make sense to everyone. So, I want to share this amazing piece of information from Dr. Joseph Murphy’s best seller book “The Power of Subconscious Mind”.

• Think good, and good follows. Think evil, and evil follow. You are what you think all day long.

• Your subconscious mind does not argue with you. It accepts what your conscious mind decrees. If you say, “I can’t afford it,” your subconscious works to make it true. Select a better thought. Decree, “I’ll buy it. I accept it in my mind.”

• You have the power to choose. Choose health and happiness. You can choose to be friendly, or you can choose to be unfriendly. Choose to be cooperative, joyous, friendly, lovable, and whole world will respond. This is the best way to develop a wonderful personality.

• Your conscious mind is the “watchman at the gate.” Its chief function is to protect your subconscious mind from false impressions. Choose to believe that something good can happen and is happening now. Your greatest power is your capacity to choose. Choose happiness and abundance.

• The suggestions and statements of others have no power to hurt you. The only power is the movement of your own thought. You can choose to reject the thoughts or statements of others and affirm the good. You have the power to choose how you will react.

• Watch what you say. You have to account for every idle word. Never say: “I will fail; I will lose my job; I can’t pay the rent.” Your subconscious cannot take a joke. It brings all these things to pass.

• Your mind is not evil. No force of nature is evil. It depends how you use the powers of nature. User your mind to bless, heal, and inspire all people everywhere.

• Never say: “I can’t.” Overcome that fear by substituting the following: “I can do all things through the power of my own subconscious mind.”

• Begin to think according to the eternal truths and principles of life and not from the standpoint of fear, ignorance, and superstition. Do not let others do your thinking for you. Choose your own thoughts and make your own decisions.

• You are the captain of your soul (subconscious mind) and the master of your fate. Remember, you have the capacity to choose. Choose life! Choose Love! Choose health! Choose happiness!

• Whatever your conscious mind assumes and believes to be true, your subconscious mind will accept and bring to pass. Believe in good fortune, divine guidance, right action and all the blessings of life.

I hope that everyone makes these small changes to their pattern of thinking and find abundance in life. I am trying to help people who can help themselves by using applying these simple techniques in their thinking.

Black & Yellow for the festive ready at the office!!

Everyone loves festivals. Especially in India, vibrant and colorful. The culturally rich land of India celebrates a vast range of festivals on its soil. Holi, Eid, Diwali, Christmas and many more, the beautify of India is magnified by these festivals!! Corporates celebrate a day prior to the festival so that they can spend some fun-filled time with their employees and colleagues. Few games are conducted which are related to the festival, the whole office fills with joy, I mostly wait for the snacks distributed at the office. I love food 😊 We were asked to wear Indian traditional outfit on Ganesh Pooja. I love traditional wear, but I am the kind of person, who doesn’t like to deck up to work. Come on, we go to the office and work all day. How can I be in an Indian traditional outfit, which causes so much inconvenience even for 2-3 hours! I want to look good as well, as nobody will leave this opportunity to wear those Heavy work sarees, Anarkali work dresses and those Manish Malhotra style ghagras and I didn’t want to be the odd one out. Hmmm… My sense of fashion creativity clicked, ahhaa !!! Yellow and Black – What do you think? Being a South Indian, I don’t mind going with the combination! Here, you go!! I have combined Plain black kurta with plain black leggings, seems simple, right? 😊 to give that festive mood, I wore this vibrant yellow color phulkari dupatta. Shine like a Sunshine 😊 and don’t forget to wear that smile on your face 🙂 It is comfortable as well as looks as lively as festivals!! Here I present the picture to give you a better idea!!

Secret Ingredient of Korean Beauties!!

The whole world is amazed by the glass skin Korean beauties.

There are so many Korean actresses who don’t look even a single day over 25 years, but the truth is they all are above 35 years. Linked the article for you guys to refer, “12 gorgeous actresses who are still rocking it at 30”!

The Magic Ingredient!!

In Korea, the women have been using it for ages and centuries to keep themselves young and glowing. The magic ingredient is RICE! Rice contains so many nutrients and it has the properties to keep skin glowing and shining. It is so amazing for anti-aging and get the natural glow on the face.

Korean women are known to use real rice bran instead of a soap. They use Rice Water to wash their face and use rice-based skin care routine to give that glassy look.

How Rice is beneficial for skin!!

#1 Rich is vitamin E and great antioxidant

Rice is rich in Vitamin E and a great antioxidant. Vitamin E protects the skin from free radical damage and it may be the perfect solution to get rid of acne.  It also helps reducing wrinkles and to restore skin elasticity

#2 Peptide

Rice contains Peptide. When collagen breaks down, short segments of amino acids are formed. These are the tiny proteins and active molecules known as peptides. Peptides in skin care can provide significant anti-aging benefits.

#3 Ceramide

Ceramides are fats that provide protection to skin against pollution and help skin retain moisture. Without the proper ratio of ceramides, the skin’s barrier can become compromised, leading to dryness, itching and irritation. Rice is rich in Ceramide.

#4 Vitamin B2, B3 other natural vitamins

Vitamin B2, also known as Riboflavin, plays an extremely important role in the maintenance of healthy, glowing skin. It helps in growth of tissues to ensure to produce healthy cells for a bright, radiant complexion.

Vitamin B3 is one of the best forms of the B vitamins for the skin. Vitamin B3 helps in improving the quality of the skin. Vitamin B3 can treat rosacea, acne, eczema, dermatitis, hyper pigmentation, sun-damaged, aging and dry skin. So, vitamin B3 is very important for healthy, glowing skin.

#5 Minerals and Fats

Rice also contains, other minerals and fats, which are equally important to keep skin healthy and glowing.

Some Korean skin care routine for you!!

Rice scrub

Take ½ a cup of rice and blend away. Make sure it is not a fine powder, we need granules. Take half a lemon and either squeeze it or dip the lemon wedge in the rice flour and gently rub it on to the affected area.

For acne prone skin, you need little honey in your life. Add 1 tbsp of honey to the rice flour and mix it well. Apply the mixer to the affected area.

Give gentle massage and wash with warm or cold water.

Rice Face Mask

Wash rice properly and cook. After the rice is cooked, strain the rice. Keep the starch separately, do not throw it. To the cooked rice add milk and mix it until it forms a smooth paste and lastly add 1 tsp of honey and mix well. Clean your face thoroughly and apply the thick layer of mixer to the face.

Let it settle for 20-30 mins and wash it with the cold water.

Rice Toner

The left-over rice starch can be used as a toner. After removing the mask, apply the starch evenly on the facing with the help of cotton. It gives the shine to the face.

Love is in the Hair!!!

People say, “The hair is the richest ornament of the women”. Unfortunately, it is true for both the genders. Not applicable for some men who look super-hot with no hair, for e.g.; Vin Diesel, Jason Statham, Dwayne Johnson etc. That is a completely different story all together. 😊

I know this is my first blog and I have selected hair as the topic 😊. For me sorted Hair is one of the important things to look stylish. I myself still figuring out how to maintain a saloon set hair all the time, “every women’s dream”.

Here I am going to talk about a few mistakes that I have made and the regrets!! Don’t worry, it’s not only about the mistakes, it is also about how to correct our mistakes. Afterall, everyone gets the second, third, fourth … chance!!!

I used to have a very beautiful, straight and dark brown colored hair. A neighbor friend always used to say that my hair looks as the Sunsilk shampoo Ad, “Chamke Damke” 😊. When in front of the mirror, I watch my soft silky hair more than my pretty face 😊. My classmates who sit in back benches, they used to say that my hair shines like silk.

When I was in college, I see all the girls and movie stars colored their hairs and looked so glamourous. That is when, I have decided to color my hair to look cooler and more stylish. I technically started abusing my hair, unknowingly. I have a very fine hair, it prone to damage very easily. Stopped oiling my hair, shampooed every single day to give that glamourous look. Slowly, I was poisoning my hair. Their I suffered with drastic hair fall, uncontrollable.

I was scared. I have gone to Dr. Batra’s. They were hell lot of expensive. There was little improvement, but not good results. I have seen so many trichologists, they wrote all the blood tests available in the world. Nothing was wrong with me. One fine day I have read somewhere, our hair needs protein and there is a test to perform, if our hair needs protein or not.

My defining moment, I tried the hair strand test, hence it proved. My hair lacks protein. It is completely dry and damaged.

So here are a few tips to save your damaged hair:

  1. Warm Hair Oil Massage

Mix 1 Tbsp Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, Almond oil, with ½ Tbsp Castor oil, Jojoba Oil. All these oils are rich in vitamin E and antioxidants and repair the damaged hair. Warm the mixture, but do not boil. Apply oil to your scalp and to the hair evenly. Leave it overnight and wash hair with a mild shampoo

  • Avocado and Egg mask

The avocado is rich in vitamins A and E, saturated fats, and minerals, which all nourish damaged and dry hair, helping to moisturize and strengthen it. Take 1 ripe Avocado and 1 whole egg. Mix both the ingredients. Wet hair before applying the mixture, let it rest for 30 mins and wash with warm water and mild shampoo

  • Hibiscus and Yogurt mask

Take 2-3 Hibiscus flowers along with leaves. Make a fine paste and mix it with 2-3 tbsp of yogurt. Apply to the hair and scalp. Leave it for 1 or 2 hours and wash with warm water. Hibiscus is high in Vitamin C and Amino acid. The flower stimulates the hair regrowth.

  • Banana and Milk mask

Bananas are high in potassium and have high moisture content. Bananas may prevent split ends, soften the hair, and improve elasticity. Take 1 ripe banana and 2-3 tbsp full fat milk. Full fat milk is rich in Calcium and Protein. Mix the ingredients well and apply evenly to the scalp and hair. Let it rest for 1-2 hours. Wash hair with warm water and mild shampoo

  • Coconut milk hair mask

It is an ancient home old recipe. Coconut milk is beneficial for restoring dry and damaged. Coconut milk contains all the essential nutrients required for healthy hair. Apply Coconut milk on to the scalp and hair. Leave it for 2-3 hours or also can leave it overnight and wash with mild shampoo. It leaves hair silky and soft.

Also, making the healthy choices of life, like:

  1. Healthy food
  2. Drink lots of water
  3. Quit smoking and drinking
  4. Include Omega rich food in diet
  5. Maintain Scalp and Hair hygiene

Hope, you all like my blog. Please share with your family and friends.

Introduce Yourself (Example Post)

This is an example post, originally published as part of Blogging University. Enroll in one of our ten programs, and start your blog right.

You’re going to publish a post today. Don’t worry about how your blog looks. Don’t worry if you haven’t given it a name yet, or you’re feeling overwhelmed. Just click the “New Post” button, and tell us why you’re here.

Why do this?

  • Because it gives new readers context. What are you about? Why should they read your blog?
  • Because it will help you focus you own ideas about your blog and what you’d like to do with it.

The post can be short or long, a personal intro to your life or a bloggy mission statement, a manifesto for the future or a simple outline of your the types of things you hope to publish.

To help you get started, here are a few questions:

  • Why are you blogging publicly, rather than keeping a personal journal?
  • What topics do you think you’ll write about?
  • Who would you love to connect with via your blog?
  • If you blog successfully throughout the next year, what would you hope to have accomplished?

You’re not locked into any of this; one of the wonderful things about blogs is how they constantly evolve as we learn, grow, and interact with one another — but it’s good to know where and why you started, and articulating your goals may just give you a few other post ideas.

Can’t think how to get started? Just write the first thing that pops into your head. Anne Lamott, author of a book on writing we love, says that you need to give yourself permission to write a “crappy first draft”. Anne makes a great point — just start writing, and worry about editing it later.

When you’re ready to publish, give your post three to five tags that describe your blog’s focus — writing, photography, fiction, parenting, food, cars, movies, sports, whatever. These tags will help others who care about your topics find you in the Reader. Make sure one of the tags is “zerotohero,” so other new bloggers can find you, too.
